ReleaseShield provides managed QA reporting and client dashboard access for business customers.

Demo requests: name, company email, company or product details, and the message you submit.

Client accounts: username, secured authentication information, project access, session cookie, and login security information.

QA dashboard data: project identifiers, test execution summaries, test counts, failed or skipped scenario summaries, links to relevant external project resources, manual QA request records, and load testing report summaries.

Operational data: request timing, approximate network information, support and troubleshooting records, server logs, and security-related events.

To respond to demo and service enquiries.

To provide client dashboard access and show QA results.

To secure the service, prevent abuse, debug issues, and maintain reliable operations.

To meet contractual, legal, accounting, and compliance obligations.

We process demo request data to take steps before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We process client account and dashboard data to provide the service under a customer agreement.

We process security, logging, and rate-limit data for our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Where law requires retention, we process relevant records to comply with legal obligations.

ReleaseShield uses a strictly necessary session cookie for logged-in client and admin users.

We do not currently use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies on the public site. If that changes, we will update this policy and add consent controls where required.

We may use hosting, database, email delivery, project integration, security, and logging providers to operate the service.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver, secure, and maintain ReleaseShield.

The dashboard keeps a limited recent history of project test runs.

Demo request, account, billing, operational, and security records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer legal or contractual retention period applies.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request portability of your personal data.

You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

For data we process on behalf of a client customer, the client may be the controller and ReleaseShield may act as a processor.

Processor obligations, security terms, subprocessors, and deletion or return of client data should be covered in the customer agreement or data processing agreement.
