Terms
Last updated: July 6, 2026. These are basic website and dashboard terms. Client service terms should be agreed separately in writing.
Business Use
ReleaseShield is intended for business users and client teams evaluating or using managed QA services.
There is no public self-registration. Dashboard accounts are created only for approved clients and internal admins.
Separate Customer Agreements
Paid services, scope, pricing, service levels, confidentiality, data processing terms, and commercial obligations are governed by a separate written agreement, order form, statement of work, or data processing agreement.
If these website terms conflict with a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement controls for that customer relationship.
Dashboard Information
The dashboard shows QA signals, CI run summaries, scenario information, manual QA request state, and k6 report summaries based on available data.
Automated and manual QA reduce risk, but they do not guarantee that software is defect-free or production-ready in every possible condition.
Access And Security
Users must keep account credentials confidential and use dashboard access only for the project or organization they are authorized to view.
We may suspend or remove access if needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or follow a customer administrator's instruction.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access another customer's workspace, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or misuse integration credentials.
Customers must keep account credentials and project integration credentials confidential and notify us if exposure is suspected.
Third-Party Services
ReleaseShield may link to GitHub Actions, client repositories, external scenario documents, email providers, hosting providers, and other service providers.
Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material customer-specific changes should be handled through the relevant customer agreement.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@release-shield.com.
