A full QA team, without hiring one
A dedicated QA team, without hiring one
A QA lead, automation engineers, manual testers, and load testing when you need it, working inside your process: your tickets, your channels, your release rhythm. Senior from day one, scaled up or down as your roadmap changes. Everything visible in your dashboard.
This is the Enterprise plan. Team size, roles, and hours are agreed with you; pricing is custom.
Your process
Your QA team · Release Shield
Embedded in your tickets, channels, and releases
Embedded, not outsourced
They work in your process, not next to it.
The team joins your standups, refinement, and release planning, takes tickets from your board, runs the tests in our pipeline, connected to your process as agreed, and reports in your channels. You get the ownership of an in-house team with none of the recruiting, onboarding, or attrition risk.
What you skip
- Months of recruiting and interviewing
- Ramping up a single hire who then leaves
- Building QA tooling and reporting from scratch
How we work
From the first call to a clear result.
- 01
Shape the team
We agree roles, hours, and how the team plugs into your ceremonies, tools, and releases.
- 02
Embed and take over
The team picks up your QA end to end: strategy, automation, manual checks, load testing, release sign-off.
- 03
Scale with the roadmap
Add or remove capacity as releases, platforms, or products change. Same lead, same knowledge.
Results, evidence, and QA requests live in your Release Shield dashboard. Bugs go to Jira or Linear, updates to Slack, Teams, or email. See the dashboard

Common questions
How is this different from fractional QA?
Fractional is a share of the team for a few hours a week. Dedicated is a team that owns your QA end to end, full-time if needed. Many clients start fractional and grow into dedicated.
Do we lose control of QA?
No. The team works on your board, in your tools, to your priorities. You see everything in the dashboard and you decide what ships.
Is this QA outsourcing or staff augmentation?
It sits between the two. Like staff augmentation, the team works inside your process and on your board. Like a managed QA service, we own the results: strategy, automation, reporting, and the release signal, with one QA lead you can hold to it.
How fast can the team start?
Faster than hiring. After access and a walkthrough of the product, the team starts with your next release and grows from there.
Who owns the automated tests?
We build and run the E2E suite in our pipeline so it stays maintained and connected to your process. Long-term clients, or plans that include it, get access to the suite itself.
